Receive weekly workouts right in your inbox. Each Sunday you’ll receive 3 workouts for the following week. Every week will be different. The workouts are called “circuits” and include a variety of HIIT, strength training and other exercises. Each of the 3 plans will be charged on a recurring basis, either every month, every 6 months or every 12 months.
