I've been there!

I'll show you the starting point

 

When I decided I needed to take matters into my own hands, I had no idea where to start. I watched a ton of YouTube videos, read articles, talked to friends, talked to trainers and did everything I could to educate myself. I'm sure I spent plenty of time looking like an idiot in the gym, but it was all part of the learning experience.

I tried lots of different exercise classes and methods. I liked some and hated others. I was finally able to hone in on what I actually enjoy. I eat real food that tastes good, isn't too time consuming and is affordable. Not only have I lost 30 pounds and sustained it for 5+ years, but I truly enjoy healthy living. I'm healthy and fully capable of participating in all the activities I want to - and declining invitations to the activities I don't enjoy. 

I got the healthy life I wanted, but I was still watching so many friends and family members get frustrated that they couldn't get the results they wanted. So why is this course free? Because I wanted to do something about it.
